Amuse Consulting Event Planning Packages
While anything is possible, our most common event planning packages are:
- Initial meeting to discuss project, get budget details, event mission and goals, themes etc.
- Work on all the ideas discussed at the initial meeting and then bring ideas and concepts back for client review/sign off
- Execute client approved plans
- Manage the event
- All the clean up
- Stress-free client
- A debrief meeting to go over success and possible changes for future projects
- Initial meeting to discuss project, get budget details, event mission and goals, themes etc.
- Client does most of the running around securing vendors etc.Amuse does introduce and go to some of these meetings
- Amuse forms a day of action plan based on information supplied by the client

Useful for organizations or not-for-profits that have the manpower to execute their event but need our specific industry knowledge. This is charged at $100 per hour & does not include any event execution.
